SUTA-SAGA Return & Refund Policy
Every drape at SUTA-SAGA is a labor of love. Because our collections feature pure, handwoven fabrics and artisanal techniques like hand-painting and block printing, slight variations in color, texture, or weave are the beautiful hallmarks of human craftsmanship. They are what make your piece truly one-of-a-kind.
However, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, here is how we can help.
1. What is Eligible for a Return or Exchange? We accept returns or exchanges strictly under the following conditions:

Wrong Item Received: You received a different product than what you ordered.

Major Defect: The fabric has a significant structural tear or a major, unintended stain.

Note: Minor thread pulls, knots in the weave, or slight color bleeding in hand-painted or pure cotton silk and mul fabrics are natural characteristics of handloom textiles and do not qualify as defects.
- Not as Expected: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please reach out to us via email (sutasagasarees@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 7259163691). We will gladly listen to your genuine concerns and make a thoughtful decision on a case-by-case basis.
2. The 2-Day Window You must initiate a return or exchange request within 2 days of receiving your package. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
3. The Unboxing Video Requirement To protect both our weavers' hard work and your purchase, an unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or missing item claims. The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly highlight the defect in one continuous shot.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned To maintain our strict hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, or smell of perfume/body odor.

Sarees that have had the fall and picot stitched, or tassels added.

Customized or made-to-order items.

Products purchased during a clearance sale.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at [Your Support Email] with your Order Number and a clear description of the issue.

Step 2: Attach clear photos of the defect and your unboxing video.

Step 3: Our quality check team will review your request within 48 hours.

Step 4: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please pack the saree securely in its original SUTA-SAGA packaging, including all tags and inserts.
6. Refunds & Store Credit Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your resolution within 5-7 business days.

In the case of a SUTA-SAGA error (wrong item or genuine defect), we will issue a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
