• You will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• All orders are subject to product availability. In case an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.

2. Shipping Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.

• Please note that unforeseen delays caused by courier partners, weather, or regional disruptions are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value (as per offer details displayed on the site).

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or low-value orders, a small delivery fee may apply.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment status anytime.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unresponsive address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel, please take a photo or video of the package and contact us immediately at sutasagasarees@gmail.com
In case of a lost shipment, we will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
